🌾 About Our Farm

Raising Variety of Animals. Living Simply.

Out here, life is shaped by early mornings, honest work, and the steady rhythm of caring for the animals that feed our family and our future. We built this farm with one goal in mind — to raise healthy, happy animals in a way that keeps us grounded, self‑sufficient, and connected to the land at Loomis Hill

      Our Purpose:

We believe in doing things the right way, even when it takes a little longer or gets our boots a little muddier. Every animal we raise is cared for with intention — fed well, treated with respect, and given the space to grow naturally. Quality isn’t a buzzword for us; it’s the heart of everything we do.

      Becoming Self‑Sufficient

What started as a dream to provide for our own family has grown into a lifestyle we’re proud of. From raising our own meat, milk and eggs to learning the skills that keep a farm running, we’re committed to living closer to the land and relying on ourselves a little more each day.

Self‑sufficiency isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress, patience, and celebrating the small wins along the way.

      Sharing What We Learn

We know the journey can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re just starting out. That’s why we share our experiences — the successes, the mistakes, the “well, that didn’t go as planned” moments — so others can learn, laugh, and grow with us.

Whether you’re here for inspiration, education, or just a peek into farm life, we’re glad you’re along for the ride.

      Why It Matters

Raising quality animals and building a self‑sufficient life isn’t just about food — it’s about purpose. It’s about teaching our kids where their meals come from, honoring the animals in our care, and creating a life rooted in intention, community, and good old‑fashioned hard work.

Pull up a chair, wander the farm with us, and feel free to take a little inspiration home.
